Swedish Massage
Also known as Classic Massage, Swedish massage uses smooth, longer strokes as well as kneading of muscles, gentle friction, and passive joint movements to promote relaxation of muscle tissue and the mind. This is the classic, calming massage treatment.
60 minutes = $130
90 minutes = $185

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage utilizes many of the same strokes and techniques in Swedish massage, but with much firmer pressure to address various layers of muscle and to focus on connective tissues and joint mobility. Therapists often use fists, forearms, and elbows to facilitate deep work and stretching is incorporated into the treatment. Deep Tissue massage is great for athletes and for those recovering from muscle injury.

Balance Massage
This type of massage incorporates elements of Swedish and Deep Tissue work to address problem areas and promote recovery. Pressure is generally moderate to firm and stretching is usually employed during the massage treatment. The Balance Massage is excellent for desk workers, musicians, everyday athletes, and those who may have some problem areas to address but also are seeking relaxation and inner calm.

Body Scrub
(available in-studio only).
Utilizes a scented soap with microbeads, lightly applied using circular strokes to gently exfoliate and rejuvenate the skin. Treatment takes 20-25 minutes and the client uses our private shower afterwards. Clients often choose to have a massage treatment after a body scrub. There should be a minimum of 4 weeks between body scrub treatments.
